We offer classes to children, teens and adults.  We train in a family oriented Christian environment.

With an emphasis on real world self-defense, every individual, no matter what age, sex or current condition will improve upon:

  • Physical Conditioning
  • Endurance and Flexibility
  • Self-confidence
  • Mental and Physical Discipline
